Return and Refund Policy
At Risen Clo, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales are final, we are happy to assist with size exchanges and replacements for manufacturing defects as outlined below.
Exchanges:
We offer size exchanges on all our products, subject to availability. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same product. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at risencloofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please provide your Order ID, the size you purchased, and the size you wish to exchange for.
Please note the following:
- The exchange can only be made once per order.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
- A return pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged for exchange pickups.
- All exchanges will undergo a quality check. We may not be able to process your exchange if:
- The product has been worn or is returned without its original tags and packaging.
- The product is damaged.
Processing Time:
The exchange process typically takes about 10 to 15 working days.
Replacements for Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement. To initiate the process, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defect, along with images of the original packaging.
Size Variations:
Please be aware that sizes may vary by +/- 0.5 inches. This is considered within acceptable industry standards, so we kindly ask you to carefully review the size chart before placing your order.
Replacement Claim Period:
To ensure a smooth process, please submit any replacement requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery team will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, a fee of ₹150 will be charged for reshipping, or a restocking fee of ₹150 will apply for order cancellations.
