Order Processing Time: All orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking Information: A tracking number for your order will be sent via Email/SMS within 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery Time Variation: Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as postal service issues, holidays, natural calamities, stock availability, government regulations, etc.
Delivery Attempts: Our dedicated delivery executives will attempt delivery up to a maximum of 3 times. It is crucial to enter all your shipping details accurately during the checkout process. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Reshipping and Cancellation Fees: If the order needs to be reshipped after 3 unsuccessful attempts, a fee of ₹150 will be applied upon request. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel the order, a restocking fee of ₹150 will be charged.
